Underneath the recipe title, we may use an introduction to specify where the photo is located, some special cooking techniques, substitutes, or just to fill copy. If there is a page number in reference, the editor and
art director will determine if it will be roman (or opposite face) throughout the issue. Use a comma between recipe title and page directional in blurbs and captions.
